Synergy IT Solutions Appoints John Ende as Chief Executive Officer

Accomplished Executive and ESOP Leader to Guide Company's Next Phase of Growth

WESTERN NEW YORK, September 8, 2026 – Synergy IT Solutions today announced the appointment of John Ende as Chief Executive Officer.

Ende brings more than 25 years of executive leadership experience spanning growth strategy, operations, sales, marketing, customer experience, and organizational development. Throughout his career, he has led companies through periods of growth, transformation, and market expansion while building high-performing teams and strengthening organizational culture. Most recently, he served as President, Chief Executive Officer, and Board Member of Great Lakes Dental Technologies, a 100% employee-owned company, where he led a team of 200 employee-owners.

As CEO of Synergy, Ende will lead the company's strategic vision, continue strengthening its employee-owned culture, and help accelerate growth as the organization expands its managed services, cybersecurity, cloud, data, and emerging technology offerings.

Ende previously held executive leadership roles with Great Lakes Dental Technologies, Rhinomed, Nelson Bach USA, Hello Products, and The Mentholatum Company. He is a graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point and holds an MBA from Canisius University.
