Participation is automatic — there’s no cost to enroll.

No. Employees do not purchase shares or invest their own money. Shares are allocated to eligible employees as part of the ESOP benefit.

As the company grows and performs well, the value of the ESOP increases. This creates a long-term wealth-building benefit tied to the success you help create through your work.

Yes. The ESOP is a separate benefit that complements your salary, bonuses, and other benefits like health insurance and PTO.

If you leave Synergy, your vested ESOP balance is paid out according to the plan’s distribution rules and timeline.

Yes. Employee-owners receive regular updates on ESOP which include monthly education posts, annual ESOP statements, and a month-long celebration of our employee ownership every October.
