An Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) is a retirement benefit that gives employees an ownership stake in the company. At Synergy, the ESOP means eligible employees own 100% of the company collectively and share in its long-term success.

Eligibility is based on plan requirements such as length of service and hours worked. Once eligible, participation is automatic — there’s no cost to enroll.
