For more than a century, the Buffalo City Mission has been helping restore hope to the homeless of Western New York. Just as they’re adapting to the evolving challenges of homelessness, their IT challenges were also changing. The Mission asked Synergy to develop solutions that would improve their end-user support, hardware maintenance agreements, and service availability, as well as help them better control costs.
Synergy helped the Mission expand their commitment to keeping their data secure with a new anti-virus solution and set up a cost-effective hardware maintenance program. Synergy also worked with them to make strategic changes to their infrastructure to improve reliability. And Synergy provides the Mission with ongoing 24x7 support, including remote monitoring and Help Desk.
Synergy continues to consult with the Mission on a regular basis to identify their business needs and how new services and technology could benefit them. Plus, Synergy’s remote monitoring and management of the Mission’s infrastructure have helped alleviate issues they’ve had in the past.
