Diagnoses common computer software and hardware problems. Repairs, installs/de-installs, or upgrades computer hardware and software as required. Interfaces directly with customers, sales and various levels of management. Able to lift up to 70 pounds and possess a valid driver’s license.
Performs hardware and desktop troubleshooting to isolate and diagnose common computer software and hardware problems.
Repairs, installs and upgrades computer hardware and software components as required.
Ensures compliance with company technical and quality standards/procedures as well as the highest degree of customer satisfaction.
Escalates problems within parameters.
Develops and maintains client relationships and identifies opportunities to extend existing agreements.
Maintains effective communication with internal call dispatchers and with customers.
Completes required documentation for all work orders and provide updates in real time.
Works to completion.
Required to be part of the “on call” rotation for after hours and weekend support.

Technology & Skill Requirements:
A+ Certification required, Windows 10 preferred
Basic understanding of Server hardware and software
Knowledge and ability to support iPads and Chromebooks
Expert on desktop/laptop hardware and operating systems
Working knowledge of networking essentials
Working knowledge of Microsoft desktop applications
Demonstrate the ability to develop or possess strong interpersonal skills
Demonstrate the ability to develop or possess strong organizational skills
Knowledge of utility tools, including virus applications and signatures
Basic knowledge of workstation backups and restores
Ability to communicate effectively with customers & internal staff
Ability to travel daily to customer locations.
Ability to lift up to 70 pounds
Ability to travel to customer sites.
Digital dexterity and hand/eye coordination in operation of office equipment
Ability to speak to and hear customers and/or other employees via phone or in person
Body motor skills sufficient to enable incumbent to move from one office location to another
Work is performed in a remote office setting
Requires travel to and from customer site(s) to complete tasks
High School Diploma required. Strong technical background required. 5 years of relevant experience.
